Small change on tor.php - please add your network name :)

Hi there,

today Immelmann from rizon network contacted us. He told us that he
added "network=rizon" to our tor.php page to allow us to filter
users from his network or just send them to rizons kline url.
Since this is a good idea (most users contacting us don't tell
us where they get banned at first), we honored this parameter. So
if you use our dnsbl, please add your network name (if its "well"
known) or your servers address to the kline reason.
Example:
kline = "KLINE *@%h :Tor exit server detected. Please visit 
http://www.sectoor.de/tor.php?ip=%i&network=rizon for more information.";

So thanks for rizon for the idea and thanks to all who implement
this in their klines ;-)
